Do they fit well on the r32 gtr? Does it put pressure on the front bumper when its hooked up and being pulled on?

mine squished the front bar abit when loading onto tow truck. may have been the truck or how low my car was?

Depends on how the towie loads it onto the tray. If you aren't using a tilt tray, then no doubt, it will push the front bar up a little. Its all about angles. Still, a fabric strap pressing against a flexible front bar is 100x better than a steel cable with a smaller pressure point.
