Misfire Problem

SO, i had a slight miss when i first got the car which was intermittent, then it stopped..

then all of a sudden it started dropping on to 5 cyl, so i went through all the coilpacks unplugging one by one until i found that it was number 4 (under the cross over pipe)... I bought a second hand one off a friend which stopped the miss so i was stoked.

Now its missing again, slightly when lower in the rpm range (between taking off at the lights or whatever, and say 2200rpm). It doesnt seem to miss when im coming on to it hard on the highway so im confused.. i've head coilpacks generally fail on boost, not taking off :S
