Jonno34
Sorry to hijack but I just got myself a set of plugs I wanted bcpr6es but could only get bcpr6es-11 now I'm running stock turbo with 10psi and aftermarket ecu soon to be 12psi should I regap to .8 or just leave 1.1 Andrew put coppers and changed the gap on my sparkies on my n/a 34 .. the car always makes a popping sound and shakes rather violently at idle now .. feels very weird, I called him up and he said he changed the gap so it would misfire at idle rather than higher up in the rpms, but it never did misfire higher before :S but it may be the second hand OEM coilpacks we put in to replace mine .. I have no clue, gotta take it back to andrew sometime soon Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/379128-spark-plugs/page/2/#findComment-6050554 Share on other sites
JonnoHR31
They will work on both R33 GTS-T and R32 GT-R? Same plugs? work fine on all twin cam RBs Jonno34, you basically want to run the largest gap you can without getting any misfire under load, every engine is different so it takes a little trial and error. might be worth learning how to do it yourself as im sure its not too cheap paying a workshop $100+/hr Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/379128-spark-plugs/page/2/#findComment-6050809 Share on other sites

ossie_21
To see if it's the coilpacks just take them off the plugs one by one, if it drops a cylinder there's nothing wrong with them. If it's still misfiring it's more likely to be plugs Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/379128-spark-plugs/page/2/#findComment-6051178 Share on other sites
