G'day,

I'm Andy from the ACT.

I have been a toyota boy for most of my life and while looking for a chaser came across a decently priced 2 door R34GTT.

Seeing as a heps of my mates have skylines I thought i would give the whole Nissan thing a go.

It has 160,000 k's on it but is still really tidy It needs a few little things done to it, battery needs to be secured (the bracket is just gone and it is cable tied in place :S and the washer bottle is gone...from what I have read this seems ot happen when a FMIC is put in. So if anyone has an r34 washer bottle with pumps let me know..

For al lthe stuff that is wrong with it i still got it for a decent price.

Mods it has:

Full factory body kit with wing removed

Coilovers (from a quick look they appear to be BC coilovers (haven't taken the wheels off to have a look yet and like i said they guy just paid people to put stuff in the car and didn't pay attention to brands or anything)

Spitfire coils

FMIC

Pod filter and BOV

Some 17'' rays that need a respray but still look alright.

Some exceddy heavy duty clutch that is a bitch to drive in stop start driving

3'' into 3.5'' turboback exhaust.

Since the previous owner doesn't know when the cam belt was done I'm going to do a major service and do all the fluids, water pump, cam belt and plugs and anything else that looks like it needs doing.

That is about it really, still running stock boost, will probably wind it up to 12 until the turbo pops and put a slightly bigger one on and find a decent ECU and a good LSD and maybe even a shiny radiator.

Just thought I would drop in and say hi.

Cheers,

Andy

nice 34, I was in the market for a 2 door turbo nissan with mind set on the s15 - tried 6 s15s - the adm ones are slow as, but the jap ones fly! based on my experiences..tried a stockish 32 gtr, but nah too old / more problems likely, tried my current ride -black R34GTT, knew from that moment that this is what I want,..havent looked back since, just lost my licence for 6 months and looking lovingly at my parked 34 everyday...lol

Yeah I was actually looking for JZX90's and JZX100's and drove this and it just felt like it had a heap of potential fun.

It's a bummer that you lost you license but you must be saving a stack of money :P

    • Plan on the day will be to park trackside. Depending on space availability we will try put a small shade tent and a few of the cars on top of the hill inside turn 3, this is an easy to get to parking area with views of Turn 2, Turn 3, Turn 4 and Turn 5 and limited other pieces of the view around the track. IMPORTANT NOTE! One consideration from previous years is from memory the trackside parking sells out before the admission tickets, for that reason I encourage anyone planning on coming to buy tickets for parking now via the official website; https://www.worldtimeattack.com/ The type of parking you are looking for is 2 Day Park & View (Access Around Venue) Vehicle Pass Only Please note this does not include admission to the event itself, remember to grab that also, and kids under 12 get in for free!

    • Good time for a carbon roof
    • Not in any way aroused by any of those, except maybe the big AMGs. And that would break my never a Euro, ever, rule.
