Decided ive really had enough of it so im just gona say sorry if i offended anyone or did anything wrong.

the point i was trying to make was obviously clear in my head but i guess i couldnt explain it to the rest of you. - ie we had a misunderstanding

Clearing it up basically in my head all i reckon'd was that it bothered me to keep thinkin another person from this forum lost his license so i just wanted it to be moved to avoid that confusion but i guess no one shared the same problem so leave it where it is.

Don't really appreciate the comment people made for the sake of flaming someone but hey i guess watever makes u tick

Don't wana really hear more on the subject at all. a small request was blown out of proportion and entertained a few people

Ending off talking about my license suspension seeing how so many people posted how i should get over it etc.. even though i only brought it up minorly to help my arguement in my first post- I dont go round saying oh dont talk about my license suspension blah blah blah like the fiction some people created in the posts i just said it was anoying

anyway ...

basically next time try understand the issue before u create up stories in order to entertain yourselves

Edit:

Apology to merli especially, incase i offended u in any way, sorry

and everyone else i swore at

Thanks :slap:

-Dale

Dale, I think the only person who got offended was you.. if you're trying to get a point across, explain yourself clearly using neutral language.

Also by the sounds of things, some clearing up in your head was required before you knew what it was that bothered you - if you don't know what you think, how can you expect us to? Might help if you clear your head first, then figure out why something bothers you, then open your mouth. You will learn though, that if things annoy you it's far, far easier to just ignore them. Case in point - you've done yourself no favours by having a bitch about it. Lots of things are annoying in life, and if you learn to deal with it without a fuss you'll have a much easier time of things.

point taken ;)

edit: actually i get half the point, heres my prob: i just asked for it to be moved coz it anoyed me in some way, ok fine but then i got lectured about how i must get over my license and other stuff which really got me in a bad mood all these people i dont know telling me what to do

so i dont know where i really went wrong :)

but anyway this happens a lot to me lol and i just apologize and move on, but its happened earlier in the last 3 weeks where i dont think i did anythin wrong and got me into a lot of trouble for no reason

so if you wana let me know NICELY  where i went wrong, i would love a private message from you. Thanks

actually, i got offended as well, especially by your childish thread and those made by some of the clubs older members. i have no idea what dale said to whoever and i have no desire to find out. whatever he did doesn't excuse the treatment he's getting. only brings you guys below his level. if i ran this place you'd be getting cautioned.

way to kick someone while he's down guys. that's the spirit of this car club.

    • I don't understand how this hasn't boiled down to - Upgrade the turbo when you have everything required. ECU, injectors, fuel pump, turbo, etc. Do it all at once.  If you don't have everything required, just enjoy the car as it is and keep saving up your pennies.
    • Sounds like you've got an interesting adventure ahead here with local support if you have trouble! My guess is that, unboosted, you will be OK with a small upgrade like -9. What will happen is that once the stock ECU sees more airflow than it expects it will add a heap of fuel and pull a heap of timing to be safe because it can't understand how it could get that much air without there being an issue. You will see clouds of black smoke and it won't pull hard through the midrange and top end. So, overall it will be a bit frustrating but should be OK. If you are still nervous set the base timing back 2o through the CAS, but it will be even more sluggish everywhere. As said above through...this is not my guarantee your engine won't be blown into a million pieces, leaving you looking for very hard to find parts A better idea is get a computer with logging ASAP, wire in a wide band O2 sensor and a use remote tuner. I've done multiple cars this way and while it is not as good as a specific tune on a dyno they can get it 90% right. I'd suggest if you can afford an R33 GTR these days you can afford an ECU and tune. And if you can't afford that you sure won't be able to afford the rebuild if it goes bad in the meantime,.
    • Yeah it would be nice if someone took the time to put that sort of information together, but there are a lot of variations in looms. I think you are making this way hard for yourself if you just want to get it running....sourcing an SR20 with the right wiring will be a billion times easier than matching the RB loom to an S15 chassis. If you do end up going this way, you just need to trace every wire in the loom with a multimeter, 95% of them will go to a location you can confirm at the ECU.....and then post it up for the next person who needs it
    • Just top it up with water, and keep a general idea of how much you added. It is normal for water to be pushed into and pulled out of the reservoir through the cap, and it should not be more than half full or it will be likely to overflow when hot. Any decent mechanic can do a pressure test of the cooling system to confirm if you have a leak. Keep in mind if it is only leaking a little and when hot it may well evaporate before you see it hit the ground
    • I'd ask the shop what they used and use that. Mixing coolants is sometimes OK, sometimes not, and you have know the details of each coolant to know whether it's a good idea or not.
