Weird Sound And Reving Issues

Hi guys,

Been having this weird sound coming from the right hand drivers side of the car when you go over 3500 rpms. Its like a vhoommm sound eminating from right hand drivers side. It also makes the sound a bit when you back of the throttle from over 4000 rpms.

When going at highway speeds at around 110 kmph, the car struggles to rev over 3500 rpms. It still pulls and reaches speeds excess of the speed limit.

Not sure what it is, might be a loose hose and its leaking stuff but not sure. Any ideas on what it is.

On a side note, does any know a good mechanic where I can take the car to. I´m in the inner west Sydney.

Try Japlink as they have a Japanese mechanic. I bought my car (NM35) from them in March 2010. I've had Brembo brakes and 3" exhaust system and custom dump pipe installed and some oil/filter changes.

Also had both front drive shafts replaced by them. I'd recommend them.
