Internal Wastegate To Bov

Right in trying to avoid being shot at and called a dirty ricer ill keep this short. I want a BOV, I have a stock turbo, what do I need to do to get this done?

Take it you don't know what a internal wastegate is? It simple remove old bov and fit one of your choice but then enjoy car stalling using more fuel oh and cop attention

Well . . . . no. I had assumed internaly had meant inside turbo and would require new turbo. As the voice of reason how does it work in making the car stall more and use more fuel?
