Since I got my fuel pump upgraded I was noticing a fuely smell generally after turning off the car and today my mate noticed it was dripping fuel from underneath the car, but its only for a minute or two. So I'm guessing its pressure related. Has anyone else had this problem? I've done a few searches on how much stuffing arround it is to remove the fuel tank and I dont particularly want to go down that track.

Any help is appreciated

there will be something wrong with the seal or fuel line at the top of the tank where the pump is accessed from. it is very easy to do. there is a thread in the DIY section about how to change a fuel pump. it will give you all the info you need to access the area and check what is going on

Ive had the same problem as you a couple of months ago.

I noticed that my fuel was leaking on the tank side. But it only happened once. I left the car for a day then started it again didnt leak.

Took the fuel line off underneath the car and it was so old it started to crack. Replaced them and vuala no more dripo
