Time Attack is this Monday!

Free Entry for Spectators!

Practise 9:30

Time Attack Laps start 10:30

Usually see just as much Hp in the car park as out on the track. But on track there is, for the..........

Mitsubishi fans: SKR Time Attack Evo, VR4 and plenty of evo's

Nissan lovers: track prepared R32 GTR + S14

Euro fans will be backing the Porsche GT3

Honda boys will be cheering on the high revving civic + turbo Integra

RX-7 for the Rotary Clan

Street based evo's + skylines getting a taste for Time Attack

and real drivers will be talking about the Clubman's prowess without things like AYC's.

Toyota owners are welcome but will probably be left muttering to anyone who'll listen "yeah, but wait till the 86 is here"!! wink.gif

Good work Jenk's with the 1:14:5xx, was great to see! Good to see Matty's GT-R in person, even if it was on the trailer (cheers for the offer to help also if required). Was a good day and the weather was great! Along with the SAU crew who turned up :)

Skylines were out in force today and they meant business. Showing the usual assortment of Evo's a thing or two about Time Attack.

Mark taking out the OPEN Class and Dan taking out the STREET Class with fastest times of the day in their respective classes.

What was all this talk Mark of not wanting to be in OPEN? And you win it?!!? Must've been that last minute tune!

Thanks to all the competitors who came racing, you all make the event happen.

And thanks to the spectators who came out to watch the action, it definitley adds to the event and is nice to see the calibre of cars in the car park - half of them could've been on the track!

:) cheers guys.. well done yourselves :P had a blast and it was a pleasure to finally meet ya! u guys certainly know how to setup a good event and i'll certainly do my part to get more numbers later in the year as im sure you guys absorbed the lack of numbers and i really appreciate it ..

    • Seems like a decent result for a modded JZX110. They are bulky in comparison to the 100 and 90 models (which I'd prefer myself) but they are getting very few and far between here in JP these days. Thanks for the detailed review and the import process into the UK. I also have a car which I'm hoping to export from Japan at some stage so it's good to know if someone from the UK was interested in it. By the way the corrosion underneath is par for the course for cars which were located in/near the mountains or along the Japan sea coastline. They get huge amounts of snow every winter and the sodium chloride is used on the roads. Many cars have some kind of rubber like treatment underneath but they tend to limit it to the wheel arches underbody and fuel tank. Suspension arms and sub-frames will have similar corrosion to your JZX110 which is a common sight. See it all the time and car dealers here generally don't even mention it unless asked.
    • If the sound goes away when you clutch in, the 1.5/2 way diffs are just shit, and you are a normal person. The diff is likely "fine" but driving at anything under 30kmh is a violent horrible experience. It would be exaggerated with solid diff bushings and subframe bushings if you have those.
    • Trailer got new mudguards to accommodate the new wheels Lightweight ally Painted, stickered and done ✅ 👌
    • Did you hit up the search function? R33 and greddy and cable returns this thread with some options.   https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/358214-rb25-throttle-body/
