need some advice ,

would it be good or crap idea to remove the factory baffle plate and run the rear breathers stright to sump for oil drain, and weld 2 x-12 at the front of rocker cover to oil catch can ?

9l sump -

oil catch can drain to sump

i seen this setup on the single cam rb30

Keep the baffles in the stock spot.

I cannot see any advantage to run frontward ones, and turn the rear to the rear go direct to sump. Means you'd have 2 going:

Head -> C/C -> Sump

Head - > Sump

Bad idea. If you are having oil/breathing problems then the solution is not at the end, it's in the motor build and restrictors.

You don't really want to be draining the head - you want to prevent it from filling up in the first place and if you are still to build the motor you can do it right instead of trying to apply bandaids afterwards. Have a read of at least the first few and last few pages of this thread:
