R34 Gtr Sticker In Boot - Help / Translation Please?

Hi Every1,

I have seen this sticker in the boot of a few R34 GTR's, but dont know what it means?

If anybody knows / translation?

I don't read Japanese, but I believe its just the QC sticker. Like a "tick" from the quality control employee, with the stamp. I found a few OK's on a Honda I used to own.

Someone I'm sure someone will be able to translate.
