Upgrading Climate Control Lights Help

Hey guys

So i recently got some plug and play LED lights to replace my climate control buttons which when i got the car did not light up, so i thought ill get some led's in there and now i have wired the globes up to those white plastic holders they fit into and i got them in fired it up and no go?

Tried changing them round, changing polaritys and making sure they are wired up properly but still no go? Anyone have any idea why i cant get them going?
