To everyone, please note that this group buy is now on HOLD.

Got into an accident today and must draw my attention towards repairs and insurance. If I am successful at proving that the other party is at fault, this group buy will continue (no fcuk off excess for P platers if successful).

Ah shit. Not good to hear mate.

Hoping for the best.

If you are happy to disclose the supplier, i'll happily take over the group buy and organise it for everyone.

Pm me with the details if you'd like.

Cheers

Simon

My chances are very VERY slim since it was on a rear ender but the taxi cut in front of me without giving enough space for himself and for me to brake. So it's going to be a discriminative war. The notorious reputation of taxi drivers and their super ability to speed and take stupidly dangerous manouvers vs. P platers with imports, given this specific nature, skyline in particular hasn't had a great name on ACA recently.

This happened to me a few years back.

The person i hit on left rear quarter did the same i pressume that happened to you.

He kept denying that it was his fault.

So with my cunning tongue, when we are on a 3 way conversation with the insurance company. I asked him, did you check your rear vision mirror? He said yes, he also lead to say that he didnt see me there. So i said, you didnt do a head check when you merged, he said he checked his passenger mirror, i then said, you didnt check your blind spot. The case manager then said that i was not at fault for his neglegence.

I hope this plays out the same way for you.

Alright so my insurance is currently handling it and I shall leave it at that. Trying to prove other driver at fault, if not then I cop $2400 down the drain. In the interest of this GB, I will keep it going and resume this. More parts and prices with pics will be listed soon. Stay tuned and thanks for everyone's patience!

New product & prices. All products are mainly wet lay CF, vacuum infusion or 100% pure CF and FRP are also available on request. Cannot guarantee 100% fitting, may require a little DIY but if it does not fit at all, refunds can be provided with sufficient evidence that it does not fit at all and no DIY can be done. All parts are designed for stock and OEM parts. Many other parts available as well, just ask and I'll see if they have it. Any pics, please ask as well. Can't list up every single pic :(

Trust me. He is right.

I fitted them a few days ago... porn imo.

R34 Rear Bumper Diffuser.. what is that?

Picture please, if it is what i'm thinking of... I may get that.

Will prices reduce at all for more purchases?

Mines R34 bootlid lip?

R33 Carbon wind deflectors?

Also, do these guys do a quick turn around or is it a month plus?

Are you able to post some pics?

Of the mines boot lid lip or my wing stands?

Your wing stands. cant seem to find too many pics on them. not clear ones anyway. I got pixelated ones.

Put me down for r33 mirror covers and grill. Also are there any more 33 interior goodies? Looking for the center dash piece in cf

a pillar gauge pods, dash mount gague pods. not too many on the interior besides that.

Got you down for them 33 mirror covers and grill. Confirm grill is for GTS and NOT GTR?

    • Bit of a pity we don't have good images of the back/front of the PCB ~ that said, I found a YT vid of a teardown to replace dicky clock switches, and got enough of a glimpse to realize this PCB is the front-end to a connected to what I'll call PCBA, and as such this is all digital on this PCB..ergo, battery voltage probably doesn't make an appearance here ; that is, I'd expect them to do something on PCBA wrt power conditioning for the adjustment/display/switch PCB.... ....given what's transpired..ie; some permutation of 12vdc on a 5vdc with or without correct polarity...would explain why the zener said "no" and exploded. The transistor Q5 (M33) is likely to be a digital switching transistor...that is, package has builtin bias resistors to ensure it saturates as soon as base threshold voltage is reached (minimal rise/fall time)....and wrt the question 'what else could've fried?' ....well, I know there's an MCU on this board (display, I/O at a guess), and you hope they isolated it from this scenario...I got my crayons out, it looks a bit like this...   ...not a lot to see, or rather, everything you'd like to see disappears down a via to the other side...base drive for the transistor comes from somewhere else, what this transistor is switching is somewhere else...but the zener circuit is exclusive to all this ~ it's providing a set voltage (current limited by the 1K3 resistor R19)...and disappears somewhere else down the via I marked V out ; if the errant voltage 'jumped' the diode in the millisecond before it exploded, whatever that V out via feeds may have seen a spike... ....I'll just imagine that Q5 was switched off at the time, thus no damage should've been done....but whatever that zener feeds has to be checked... • I think Fitmit had some, have a look on there (theyre Australian as well)
    • Hah, fair enough! But if you learn with this one you can drive any other OEM manual. No modern luxury features like auto rev-matching or hillstart assist to give you a false sense of confidence. And a heavy car with not that much torque so it stalls easily.
    • Actually, I'd say all three are the automatic option. Just the different trim levels. The manual would be RSFS, no?
