Hey guys just after some info on what some of you are using for suspension and steering components on your r32 gtr's

I'm in need of some new steering rack ends, front upper camber arms or bushes and some rear cradle mounts. Mine are all stuffed so looking at getting some ASAP.

Car is only a weekender and looking at some track days soon.

Any info welcome.

I have noltec upper arms, but i think they went out of business. I think UAS make upper arms, or you can get whiteline adjustable bushes for the stock arms. For the rear cradle you could use alloy pineapples instead of the replacing the bushes (are they leaking?) but that will bring some NVH. You would also try whileline poly pineappels to firm it up a bit. The cradle mounts are an epic job apparently - need to be pressed out.

Dont forget to check the radius rod bushes. I got some superpro adjustables through JDM obsession.

don't replace them (the subframe bushes) with urethane items, unless it's for a track car. They put WAY too much NVH into the cabin and are super stiff. If they are flogged out put in OEM fluid filled ones, or use pineapples...

Cheers guys, yeah the left rear sub frame bush is leaking. Was thinking of replacing it with an oem one but a mate of mine said use pineapples. It's not a dedicated track car and I would rather keep it a little softer for the street.

Is any one using after market steering rack ends? Or just oem?
