I have here a set of second hand Volk inverted wheel nuts(20 in total) for sale. They include lock nuts and both the tools.

Genuine Volk item, they are made to suit the GTC and AV3 wheels, and some sparcos apparently.

They are not a cheap copy item like the Rotas that are for sale elsewhere.

M12x1.25 to suit nissan.

In perfect condition, all threads are fine.

Asking $50. Dont pay $100 for cheaper immitations that dont include the lock nuts!!

Located in Adelaide Hills but willing to ship at your expense.

0407 633 573 for pics and other info.

How exactly do these work? (Obviously besides holding the wheel on) Like, why are they inverted?

I bought some Volk Racing meshies with centre caps, and my current wheel nuts don't fit under them, and I need some that don't stick out as far. Will these work, or are they completely different?

Bit hard to explain, but they are designed to sit further inside the wheel compared to your normal tapered wheel nuts.

By the sounds of it you would need a set of these if your current wheel nuts dont work. Contact me via sms and i can send you pics to show you what im talking about if you'd like :)

    • This is a recipe for disaster* Note: Disaster is relative. The thing that often gets lost in threads like this is what is considered acceptable poke and compromise between what one person considers 'good' looks and what someone else does. The quoted specs would sit absurdly outside the guards with the spacers mentioned and need  REALLY thin tyres and a LOT of camber AND rolling the guards to fit. Some people love this. Some people consider this a ruined car. One thing is for certain though, rolling the guards is pretty much mandatory for any 'good' fitment (of either variety). It is often the difference between any fitment remotely close to the guards. "Not to mention the rears were like a mm from hitting the coilovers." I have a question though - This spec is VERY close to what I was planning to buy relative to the inboard suspension - I have an offset measuring tool on the way to confirm it. When you say "like a mm" do you mean literally 1mm? Or 2mm? Cause that's enough clearance for me in the rear :p I actually found the more limiting factor ISNT the coilover but the actual suspension arms. Did you take a look at how close those were?
