damn you're quick :)

I took your advice and replacing my 1 piece poly adj castor rods with hardrace rose jointed ones, didn't want to go pillow ball.

r33 lower front arms with poly bush to get more front camber

and these bushes at the rear as well as repalcing the rear lower arm bushes with polys.

Good stuff. I finally got my solid caster arms back on the car on the weekend. I took it for a 5 minute drive and nearly cried. It was so much nicer on turn in and mid corner grip.

By the way.....rose joints = pillow ball. I'm not sure what you meant in your above post.

i meant mine still has a rubber bush at the front instead of the solid link, it just has the screw in the middle so you can make it shorter than you can with just a poly bush and the eccentric sleeve.

might look at getting the equiv for the rear camber and traction arms if these new bushes in the rear don't give enough adj

Ah, I see. My opinion is that the ability to wind in more caster is less important than the elimination of the squidgy bush. Having said that, I have never had my caster rods in the car without them being adjusted about 10mm shorter than the std rods....so I like and appreciate the extra caster as well.

As for the rear.....if your car is at legal height, you shouldn't need more than the adjustment available from eccentric poly bushes. I only have one set on my car (the inner end of the arms) and my car is just on legal height (proven at the roadworthy inspection 3 weeks ago!!) and my rear camber is just right for daily.

LOL I have already installed cat doors into the laundry where their kitty litter is, and the sun room, apart from the cat doors there's not going to be any permanent mounted stuff on the interior walls (interior doors are cheap and easy to replace) I will get a outdoor cat cage thingie once I finish the landscaping out back... https://catnip.com.au/ The only off limit areas are the main bedroom and the gym room....but, currently the cats are curled up in bed, in the main bedroom with the Mrs.....LOL, the off limits for the kittens to the main bedroom lasted about 5 minutes with Jackie I currently only have 1 free standing huge cat tree multiple level scratching post thingie in the lounge room, but, I will be getting another one soon now that I'm happy with the furniture layout in the back room and have a perfect spot for it
    • All of this is making it seem clear that running the Coppermix twin was definitely the way to go, especially in hindsight with how insane tariffs have gotten and the strength of the USD vs yen at the time.
    • That sounds like no chance of even importing one for road registering then Now I see why Duncan wants to check LHD rules for Targa...   I wonder how "bolt in" the AWD would be if you got one imported from the US and swapped it to an AUD one
    • Not to mention they drive like a bucket of bolts! yuck!
