N1 Vents

So, I'm currently doing the GTR front end on my 32 GTS4 and the last piece of my puzzle is the GTR front bar and I'd like one without n1 vents but I've seen some come up for sale with the n1 vents. I'm just wondering if it's possible to fill them in with something or plastic weld some more plastic in or if anyone's done this using a different method.

You don't like the N1 vents? Swap the bar with someone that wants them.

Buy a stock R32 GTR Front Bar...

The one with the vents in are Nismo Front Bars.

Or stock ones but have been fitted with vents.
