surely someone will pick it up any day now Matt, if i was in the market for another one mate i'd be all over it.

Hopefully mate, would really like to sell it and get something bigger soon. I was actually just speaking to a guy who sold his premium auto locally not far under what I'm asking for this which gives me a bit more hope. Will just have to wait and see ;)

My thoughts exactly ;) If it doesn't move within the next few months I might look at selling the wheels separate and dropping the price accordingly.

Also I forgot to mention in the original post there is a $200 spotters fee up for grabs for anyone leading to the sale.

Carsales ads are a big competition i guess, they have got cars for 17k which has done $36,000 which is bullshit. You need to figure out an alternate way like bringing it back to stock and reducing the price, that's what Sheldon, a previous V35 owner did. Just a thought. GLWS.

i think he'd have more luck selling it as it is. some people like buying mildly modified cars, since this has only really got wheels lights and a couple of other things it's really trastefully modified and the price point isn't over the top.

i am surprised it's still on the market, have you been spamming the shit out of facebook? that's how i sold mine dude.

Yeah I have been on a few local Facebook sites bumping it every now and then but so far only getting a lot of swap offers which I'm not interested in..

I definitely won't be returning it to stock, maybe if I really have to I will sell the wheels separate if offered a good amount for them but they really do make the car so that would be a last resort.

For now I think I will just wait it out and see what happens :)

    • Nope, needed to clearance under the bar a little with a heat gun, a 1/2" extension as the "clearancer", and big hammer, I was aware of this from the onset, they fit a 2.0 with this intake no problems, but, the 2.5 is around 15mm taller than a 2.0, so "clearancing" was required  It "just" touched when test fitting, now, I have about 10mm of clearance  You cannot see where it was done, and so far, there's no contact when giving it the beans Happy days
    • It's been a while since I've updated this thread. The last year (and some) has been very hectic. In the second-half of 2024 I took the R34 on a trip through Germany, Italy, France and Switzerland - it was f*cking great. I got a little annoyed with the attention the car was getting around Europe and really didn't drive it that much. I could barely work on the car since I was living in an inner-city apartment (with underground parking). During the trip, the car lost power steering in France - split hose - and I ended up driving around 4,000kms with no power steering.  There were a few Nurburgring trips here and there, but in total the R34 amassed just shy of 7,000kms on European roads. Long story short, I broke up with the reason I was transferred to Europe for and requested to be moved back to Japan. The E90, loved it. It was a sunk cost of around EUR 10,000 and I sold it to a friend for EUR 1,500 just to get rid of it quickly. Trust me, moving countries f*cking sucks and I could not be bothered to be as methodical as I was the first time around.
    • I assume clearances were all a-okay?
