Issue with performance once speed limiter removed

I have the following problem with an R33 GTR series 1

I recently put on an Apexi RSM to remove the speed limiter. Now when I go over 200k/hr, the car seems to surge on boost and then lacks power for a second or two, then the power kicks in for a second or two, then back off.

Does this mean that there is not enough fuel and may be in need of a new fuel pump, or has this got something to do with bypassing the speed limiter and needing a fuel cut defender.

Any ideas on this would be appreciated.

I got this exact thing

when i get to about 200km/h is just wont go any further but im only on about 5000rpm, i know the car has another 30-40more km/h to go.

and it doesnt feel like its a cut of any kind, it doesnt really go cut and u have no power, it just sits you there

Mine doesn't stop at a speed, it still gets up there and have had it to 250, but it just accelerates in bursts.
