yeah it sure does sux dogs balls Mel.

But that at least its with them. Worst case scenario is that is fubared and will have to get a replacement one.

Only problem is I highly doubt its under any warranty period so the replacement one will most likely be forked out of my own pocket and any tuning that Sean has done will be gone (unless he can just reload any maps he saved which I think he would)

Mega suckiness right now.

Also feel demoativated

Do you still have your power FC? Maybe use that till the halt each is back?

funny you say that. I had actually said to myself that I would hold on to the PFC until I know that the car would be running with the Haltech.

After speaking with Sean (three weeks ago) he told me everything was runing fine with the Haltech and car had already went on the dyno, so I decided to sell the PFC.

Was sold the week following

If only I knew that my ECU would shit itself during a dyno run then I would of kept it. But im no clairvoyant

Worst thing about my no motivation is that I have a night ahead of me still, bring on about 10:30pmish!!!!

Me either Melly, think I'm guna give myself an early mark today. Need to play me some more GTA V

Wish I could go on strike, or leave early... But I am not going anywhere until the boss is back and gives me my cash moneys for being the wonderful person I am and agreeing to work tomorrow... *sigh*

That's for sure - I was going to say I am still in a good mood despite no motivation and want to go home and sleep, then I spoke to soon, some people are dicks... :verymad: You know those people that always think they are right no matter how wrong they are.... Just had a call from one of those people, I want to stab him in the eye... :happy:

Haha Natural selection isn't very efficient sometimes :no: It's ok I won't really kill them, I might just play the sims, build a pool, send them for a swim then delete the ladder... :yes: Unfortunately common sense is not very common!

He saves his tunes so if you get another haltech you will be ok!

I took some timing out of my car, runs ok now, no knocking!

I maintain it's because my mum always told me in-case of emergency stab people with my stilettos to get out first... :teehee: We have it all planned, she becomes an assassin and I become the get away driver... :devil:

Luckily I can control my temper to a certain degree I more just get really angry and have a hissy fit and occasionally break something like a pencil or a hairbrush then feel bad I broke said object :) I would loose my shit at someone but never hurt them intentionally unless it was in self defense! :thumbsup:

I am not planning on going there for a few weeks yet, Gave it a good kicking last night around the hills, no issues, doesnt seem to have lost power, winning! however I am still looking forward to being able to turn the wick right up

      All 3 I guess. The car came with the JASI Aero 4 door Type R Full Kit unpainted so this was one thing at the top of my list to complete then I noticed there were body panels parts for this kit so i picked them up along with some black mesh to fill in the front bumper and front side air vents. car is at a paint and body shop atm completing this work. Next I will be addressing the internal bells and whistles, great summer project I can do with the kids.  full interior removal - ,boys car sound deadening - pads and spray ,boys stereo, sound, lighting - Big 3, GTT or bigger alternator ,kids head lining - dye black add star lighting mod ,daughter. That's it for the next 5-6 months. I have some motor maintenance  work i have to plan out. oil filter relocation, gaskets, mounts. beyond that, mind is starting to turn over if i can use a DET intake plenum, block off turbo ports & pipe in a air intake.

      roller coaster of a ride. Alarm system was removed & main harness was repaired where possible. still no fix just random successful starts. moved on to the replacing the ignition switch and relay. well all this troubleshooting & repair has been going on, the car is at a paint and body shop being pushed around. Ive been going down there on odd days after work to get it sorted.

      PROBLEM WAS BROKEN COOLANT SENSOR!!! Replaced with a new one and its running mint.

      I think he was only proposing to use the wire, not the sender. Simply because it runs from the right place to the right place. Personally, I wouldn't hack up the factory wiring like that. I'd just lay in the Defi loom.
