Speedo And Tacho Out On New Cluster

Hi guys i am having a problem with the cluster in my r33 the tacho didn't work at all in my cluster so i brought a used one strapped it in and the speedo it out by 20k and the tacho is out by 1100 rpm all functions fine when driving apart from being out by that i also noticed when the key is on acc with motor off the speedo needle sits at 20k and the tacho sits at 1100rpm if i put the old cluster back in speedo goes back to normal and as i said the tacho doesnt work on it so not sure about that one any info or help on this would be much appreciated cheers

I would suggest that the needle of both is out of alignment on the spindle. You can fix it by VERY carefully rotating the needle on the spindle.

ok will give it a shot bit fearful but will give it a go cheers for the advice mate
