Noticed this while i was investigating another issue and im kinda putting it down to a timing belt vibration if that is possible my car has done 108k and im guessing at 100k the belt wasnt change i got it 99k and i havent changed the belt so is this what happens when it gets abit stretched or somthing ?

Check CAS, if the bearings are on the way out it vibrates pretty horribly. I chased a noise for ages, thinking it was the CAS mounting or timing cover mounting but pulled the CAS off one day and could barely spin it by hand.

Timing belt should be done, but you'll find the noise is probably the CAS
