Garrett A/r 60 M24 1-1

Hi fellas I id'd the turbo on my rb25 and it is a garrett ar60 m24 1-1. I believe it's from a s14 or s15 and it is apparently hi flowed. What is the max boost I should run and if it is any good for making half decent power I am putting on an aftermarket plenum on z32 afm bigger injectors new Bosch 044 fuel pump and nistune ecu. Just wanting to know what sort of power it would make at what boost? Would a gt30 make much more power?
