r31slpr Posted November 22, 2013 Share Posted November 22, 2013 Most lcds should referesh at around 60hz(you can get faster or slower refresh rates). It wouldn't be a problem of the lcd, it would be a problem of whatever is controlling it. A few seconds is a massive difference though, there should only be a fraction of a second delay. A poorly designed stepper motor gauge can have a delay as well, its all about the hardware controlling it. Those are pretty vague answers, I can go into more depth if you need.
