Hi, I bought uprev recently and did a few datalogging, but it is useless to tuner as the afr ratio wasnt recorded. I have looked into cipher parameters and i only manage to get AF WB-1 and AF WB-2 which is measured in voltage not the actual ratio. Any idea how to add AFR parameter into cipher?
Thanks

Yup, read the instructions. ;)

Failing that. Memory is a little hazy, haven't used it for a while.

Go into the options menu at the top, down the bottom should be an afr/wideband section.

Enter that, and type in your ecu part #, and type of wideband.

Logging will then be in AFR.

Question is.

What tuner doesn't have their own mixture sensor attached anyway.....?

A remote tuner I would guess.

Not sure I would be trusting an old oem wideband sensor though...

Good point regarding remote tuner.

In my experience they have been dead on accurate. And have the ability to read further up the line than the one your tuner sticks in the end of the exhaust.

Also, it can point towards single bank issues if one is leaner than the other. It's a useful tool. ;)

I'd just drill it out and tap ina 1/4" thread. No need for rocket surgery when the next most obvious thing will do. You could throw a 1/4 x 1/8 bush in there and use the same fitting you intended to use.
    • Is the only issue that the oil catch can is getting filled on hard runs? I'd be thinking more about oil control issues rather then the head lifting, especially as you aren't seeing spiking in the coolant pressure.  Do you need restrictors in the head, or better drains from the head? Does the sump need venting to the catch can?
    • Tried to make 1/8npt threads into compressor house of the turbo for my EBC. Threads got fu#ked and ended up with and elongated hole, so I do have good amount and nice threads 90% of the hole but 10% I only had 1-2threads there and rest of it is flush on that side of the hole.. So my idea is to do M12 x 1.25 to AN4 with braided lines instead of 1/8npt to 4mm vacuum silicone hose.  and hopefully get a better thread. M12 is quite big and AN4 is a little bit bigger than 4mm (4.9mm inner diameter braided PTFE hose). but this should work. Thoughts? Otherwise I will weld and adapter onto the turbo.
