Short Shifter Noise Help!

Hey guys, just installed short shifter in my r34, got it all in but now it's so noisy in 1st, 2nd and 3rd

It kinda got quieter after a bit of driving but not a lot

Anyone ran into this?

Something is wrong.

I would put stock One back in and sell short shifter. But I wouldn't have bought it in the first place.

Did it come with the shifter to gearbox boot?

It didn't come with one I re used the old one

I didn't really see how to attach the inner one properly though

You use a cable tie to hold it it once its seated.
