Weird Noise When Coming Onto Boost.

Hey guys my car has developed a really weird and annoying noise when coming on boost, but it doesn't do it at WOT only like 1/4-1/2 throttle, instead of me sitting here and trying to explain what it sounds like I attached a video clip showing revs and boost, please help me out, thanks.

Car is a R34 GTT, turbo back 3" exhaust, front mount, Apexi Power FC, stock turbo 12psi, BCPR7ES plugs, stock BOV.

I think you are suffering from bov farting. Your bov is failing maybe.

Hmmm I think you're right, coming to think of it, it did start when I got defected and started to put all the stock parts back on, and now that you mentioned it I just remembered that the only stock thing that I changed that I left on there is the BOV and the dump pipe.

I was thinking more along the lines of the wastgate or something, but that makes more sense to me now, (lol at BOV farting haha).

I'll put my SOLO can back in there tomorrow lol and let you know how I go, thanks.

Typically GTR BOVs make that farting groan as you come on boost and GTST/GTT ones don't.

Well I've put my solo can back in and I'm back to fluttering and the problem is solved, thanks heaps guys.
