hi kg,

the only person I know who has a dual system in his R33 GTR is JAGR33 I think it's a Kakimoto and it sounds awesome. In fact I think he is sellin it, maybe PM him, or have a chat to him about them.

Thanks for the reply meshmesh, I have emailed JAGR33 so hopefully he will get back to me ASAP. I'm little suprised to find that its so rare but hey go figure.

by dual sys do u mean fron the turbos? or from the cat? i have a dual N1 from cat back and last time i saw jagr33 he had the same one too if im not mistaken.

and as for the breakin, ud be surprised how big the scene is. BOTY says it all. wats fresh burners by the way??

my mistake.....it could have been a kakimoto sys like this one

Fresh burners, you know fresh graf train panels, anyway that was a long time ago. Back onto exhausts, 'dual' meaning from start to finish, from turbos to end pipes.

How do you find them, what size are they...two and a half inch? Do you guys have bigger turbos than stock?

I'm looking at a R33 GTR VPEC stock as a rock.

Hi guys, yes my exhaust is a dual Apexi N1, same as mr_fanny, seperates about half a metre from the all the way to the rear.... I gotta admit, it's the best exhaust I've seen when it comes to looks and sound... Everybody has the usual 5'' tip single, so if you want something different, this is the exhaust for you...

kg- if your looking for a dual system from turbo back, then u need a HKS system, i think Doughboy had one for sale to suit r33, although it was suited for 'race' purposes only, as it didn't have any 'cats'....

Thanks for the reply meshmesh, I have emailed JAGR33 so hopefully he will get back to me ASAP. I'm little suprised to find that its so rare but hey go figure.

Rare because they are illegal for road use - you can't fit 2 cats on a dual terb to tip exhaust.

Agree - they sound hell good 'tho

yeah Apexi Dual N1 was the best, but they discontinued it, so sad :D i wanted it.

kakimoto make a similar system called HYPER2000 FULLMEGA N1+Dual, but i think it's available in stainless only and is very expensive at ~130,000yen ($1600+ aud) just for the catback.

probably best to get a decent exhaust shop to make up a custom one.

    • You can use your VIN to look up the factory part number somewhere like amayama, and then look to order new if necessary. https://www.amayama.com/en/genuine-catalogs/nissan Depending on price you might want to rebuild instead. @GTSBoy I had an interesting insight into US market parts when the Titan rear calipers were sticking. New calipers were dirt cheap, about 20% more than a rebuild kit....they are just considered throw away maintenance items

    • Lots of votes for driving onto a plank first; that is the quickest way I've found, 25mm is enough for my case but that will vary by car It also depends where you are going for. On the 32 I can get to the rear diff with my floor jack if I do that end first, and get it up on stands. Then I lift the front from either front tow hook as high as needed, also onto stands. Sometimes I need a small lift on the other tow hook to get it level enough If I do the front first I can't get to the rear diff because of the angle of the car Other options are getting to the front mount of the rear subframe from in front of the wheel (if only lifting one side, or just do both which is a bit of a pain compared to one lift from the diff), or also the gearbox cross member mount on the driver's side if you are  just trying to lift the driver's side. I This is the jack I use; it says 75mm clearance but of course that is only on the lower section so if you have to reach too far in like the diff you still get stuck. https://www.snapon-bluepoint.com.sg/category/Floor-Jacks/product/Floor-Jack,-2-Ton-Low-Profile

    • Ok so i will NEED to have this sensor anyway even with Nistune (or standalone ECU) https://justjap.com/products/genuine-nissan-boost-pressure-sensor-evap-control-system-fits-nissan-r34-skyline-c34-nm35-stagea-pnt30-x-trail-rb25det-vq25det-sr20vet?currency=AUD&srsltid=AfmBOoqfxX48bW9bEwH62orcNhtBfp7ekAL0C9Ca89ySFGUiBzXfXeze Is this the correct one? And this is only thing i need? No other "things" connected to the sensor or something? I do have the wiring.
