Help With R34 Mystery Cel Codes. 44 And 46

Have a '00 RB25DET NEO (S2) in the 260z, have just done a manual conversion and noticed she is running a little bit rough (small squeeling kind of noise coming from engine).

Anyway the car is now throwing a CEL, I went to check the engine codes by shorting out ECU pin 22 to pin 24 (CHK to IGN) to get my check engine codes:

I keep getting code 46 and code 44...

I have checked everywhere and cant for the life of me find what these codes are, i keep finding the codes in the link below repeated all over the internet but there is no mention of code 44 or 46...http://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/266512-reading-nissan-fault-codes-ecu-fault-codes-how-read-them/

BTW Im reading the long pulses as the first number and the short/fast pulses as the second number.
