R33 S2 Power Steering Pulley Not Aligning

i own a series 2 r33 skyline i was told it was a neo (bit sceptical about weather its true or not) anyway i put on new p/s hoses and a new pump, the previous and the new pump never aligned, i brought a second hand bracket thinking there could be a difference in the length but still no good, only other conclusion is the harmonic balancer being the wrong model, was just hoping if anyone could give me a second opinion or if you've had the problem yourself cheers
