Ive just brought a set of garrett -5s and I'm trying to work out if I need an oil restrictior,  been reading I need to keep pressure u under 45psi, my setup is a 26/30 and oil pressure relief is about 70psi, I've read that they have built in restrictiors but with aftermarket oil lines the need a 1mm restrictor fitted,  but I m thinking that with a higher rb26 oil pressure say 100psi? Can anyone help point me in the right direction really do t want to have to test the pressure before turbo etc, cheers mick
