Hi, Currently have a 250gt v36 with 172km. Figured its due for a ATF drop and fill at the very least but might as well go and get someone to do it all properly. Does anyone know if these have filter kits for sale, and if so what part codes for them? Being in New Zealand, no local website seems to come back with anything.

Just go to Repco - they should be able to supply a filter kit. Dropping the trans sump will not change very much oil - you need to take off the hoses to the trans cooler to do it properly and use 10 - 12 Litres (or you can take it to someone like Kaspa Transmissions to do it for you).

Thanks. Was thinking of doing the filter, then doing multiple drain and fills after? Or maybe just take the filter kit to oil changers and get them to change it after theyve machine flushed the ATF?

I wouldn't go to oil changers - either do it yourself (there's a DIY in the stickies at the top of this section for the C34 - imagine its much the same) or go to an auto trans shop.
