RB30 AFM Problem

Hey guys so a mate and I have been f**king around in the backyard, dropped a rb30et into a 31, we got a nistune ecu, so before hand on the stock na ecu ran fine with the afm reved past 2k after we sorced all the leaks and closed them up. Took it for a test drive but just bottomed out assuming since we running 495cc injectors and the ecu was going by the stock injectors. Threw the nistune in tunned to our set up and now having a 2k rev limit, assuming its either afm or vacuum leak. Any ideas thanks
