Hey Guys,

ive organised some sweet prices on a set of 6 x 540cc injectors which are straight fit into the rb25det fuel rail.

These injectors are high impedence, side feed and same size as stock, so no problems in fitting. They are manufactured by Hitachi Unisia Jecs(same manufacturer for Original injectors for many Subaru cars, STi, Nissan, Nismo, Apexi, HKS, Power enterprise..etc)

The clips are slightly different, and either can be modified quite easily ive been told to fit into our plugs, or we can purchase correct plugs from mitsu electric.

These are ultra atomization technology injectors that assure the very fine atomization of fuel, making your idle stable and providing impressive fuel efficiency.

The injectors flow:

470cc/min at 38psi (standard fuel pressure)

500cc/min at 45psi

540cc/min at 52psi

575cc/min at 60psi

What this means is that to get the correct cc out of them, you will also need an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, but I have been assured the injectors are designed to run this amount of pressure, so they will be fine.

Retail Price on these are $1060 for 6.

If i can organise 10 sets, then the price is $520 = postage ($10 approx?)

So comon guys, this is our chance of gettin injectors finally cheap. Excellent quality injectors made by the same companies as the more expensive ones.

Me to im interested...been searching around for a decent set at a decent price for a long time...that date also gives me lots of time to easily get the $$$ :D but like muz said await the info on the plugs

:)

those injectors look damn familiar... is there a stock US market subaru that comes with these ?

ive seen them around ... i'll post up tonite which model it is, im sure ive seen these on ebay being listed as side feed, although i wasnt sure of the resistance, and they looked exactly the same with same colour

very good price though :D

i'll dig up some more info on it and list what subaru motor it comes on

no probs running stock fuel pressure thru them.

mokompri, i think we saw the same ebayer selling these injectors. this is how i contacted him thru ebay and this is how i got a good price.

i got this email in regards to plugs:

The actual connector can be bought brand new. (I am actually contacting and

see how much they are.)

It's probably better to go that way anyhow. I just wanted to tell you.

The connector is Sumitomo Denso's MT6189-0056 is the type. It might be easy

to buy it there, too, but I am sure it's better price here.

I will let you know asap when I know.

    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
    • Manual boost controllers (where a little of the boost was bled off) were quite common back in the day, because they were cheap and easy. Generally they had a manual adjustment screw rather than being fixed like yours. Down side is they always bleed boost, not just when you want them to so an electronic boost controller that uses a solenoid will have less lag.
    • Hello , im new here and i have A31 home build  RB25det neo stock eng / turbo  aem ems 2 blue connector  aem 3.5 map aem cas disk aem wideband connected to ecu  355 lph pump 550 nismo yellow injectors side feed aftermarket regulator  and won’t start with base aem tuner basic tune eventually flipped cas 180 degree so it triggers on correct stroke not in exhaust cycle  Now it won’t start Wideband reads 10 and 11 at lowest fuel setting  and will share calibrations soon for aem tuner i think something is wrong in aem tuner    please if you have any information, am very grateful
    • Legend. I ended up finding the facebook account of the owner of the first car i sent but sadly he deactivated the account. I think you’re right in saying it’s some sort of well done custom job. Really appreciate your help anyways.
    • Totally equivalent. Stock often goes from the comp cover because that's where the actuator is also installed and the factory needs 2" of hose to make the connection - and it comes as a pre-assembled unit. They totally have a boost reference from somewhere between the turbo and the throttle(s). Oh, jeez. Just do it in M12 then. We don't actually care that much. I would expect any such AN converter fitting to rely on an o-ring or some other seal onto a flat surface under the flange of the hex**, because bolt threads are no intended to provide a pressure seal. unlike..... pipe threads. **which also requires a suitably flat and smooth surface on the turbo's boss to provide the seal.
