R33 series 1 looms into a series 2 shell

Hi all its been a while since ive been on 

I have a slight issue with my r33 ..... i have taken everything out of my old series auto turbo and put it into a series 2 manual shell after an accdent i had 

Now i have all my series 1 looms 

Body harness, Engine harness and dash harness in the new shell 

The only harness that i didnt touch was the fuel pump harness 

( i know about the reverse light wiring but the wiring colours are different then whats described on here ) 

 

Now i have have a gremlim 

The problem when i hook battary up i dont have dash light 

No reds 

No indicators ( indercators work but dont come up on the cluster) 

Rhs parker light is on permanently doesnt turn on or off with the switch

No power windows or sunroof power 

No power mirrors  

 

Engine and fuel pump turn on fine ... the lights , high beams indercators turn on fine 

 

If anybody can help that would be great

I have narrowed it down to this 

 Top pic is series 1 dash loom 

Bottom pic is series 2 body loom to fuel pump etc
