As you can tell from the title I'm looking for the Closest Nistune Tuner to Thomastown Melbourne.

My recommendation is to never make the decision of tuner based on their distance from you (within reason) especially if you live in Melbourne where there is plenty of well known and respected people who would tune 10 skylines a week.
