Having some problems

Hey guys, I have a 92 r32 gtst still rb20det and it’s having some problems. When I push in the clutch after steady going or stopping the rpms die. I pulled the maf and the car surges, I pulled all of the intercooler piping and couplers and reinstalled to make sure there was no leak. But when I unscrew the clamp on the pipe coming off the turbo the rpms go up. And it’s defintely lacking the power it used to have. Does anybody have any ideas?

Yeah the iacv sounds like the culprit. Similar thing happened on my 180! Took it out cleaned it up and problem solved
