Headlight/Turn Signals not working

Hey Everyone, I've tried searching all over for a fix to what I have going on, tried a few things, and still haven't gotten it sorted. So, I figured why not pitch a question to the masses. 
Disclaimer, I am not the greatest when it comes to electrical. 
Currently, My 92 GTS-T Type M has no power to either headlight, or Turn Signal lights. Turn signals do not work on the taillights, but Hazards do. I've replaced the relay inside the Engine bay fuse box, Removed of, and cleaned connection plates of both the turn signal stock located inside the steering column and the headlight turn-switch also. Both of those seemed to be the go-to's to sort other people out, which unfortunately, hasn't helped me. Any other ideas that I can run down, or anyone else have this issue?

Multimeter will tell you where the power is and where it isn't.

I believe the hazard switch is before the stalk, so could be broken connection between them.

But as GTSBoy said, multimeter poking is required.
