Well to make a long story short, I had a take my timing belt off to re-align it as it was loose and had jumped some gears (dont ask!!!). No engine damage phew!!!

Anyway I took off the timing belt, but stupid me turned the crank pulley without the belt being on so the cams are all out of alignment. Can someone tell me what the correct position of the inlet, exhaust cam gear and crank pulley should be?

I want to make sure when I align it with the timing markers that everything is in sync

inlet and exhaust cam gears are both set to 0 degrees.

cheers
