CRD are one of the preferred Power FC tuners in Sydney, however they will most likely require your car for the best part of a day to do a comprehensive tune - 9648 4264

Unique Autosports in Castle hill are also very good with Power FC's - 9634 8000

Both are open weekends

Hey Burto

I would definately suggest that you go to Sydney. We have never had good experiences with tuners in Newcastle. Also, there are no 4 wheel drive dyno's for your gtr (pretty positive) in Newcastle. I always take my car to CRD. It's worth the drive and the $$. Even if it does take most of the day you can hang out there and check out all the cars, or go and see the sights of Sydney (seeing you have just moved over here).

Cheers

I had my SAFCII Dyno tuned @ Pulse Performance in Newcastle. The tuner there is meant to be good *I had great results with them* & they do sell and tune Power FCs. One of the guys @ Pulse owns a 430rwhp r33 GTST *stock internals im pretty sure* & i seen another 2 skylines in the shop being worked on when i was there too *a r32 & 34 GTR*.

Look up Pulse Performance in your White Pages i guess, they are in the yellow pages too.

The only workshop to trust in Newcastle in terms of tuning Power FC is Premier Exhaust & Performance.

Rodney used to work for Dave Alexander (Silverwater Automotive Services) so he performs a pre dyno checkover. They put the car on a truck and the car is tuned in Sydney at Sliverwater Automotive Services and returned to the workshop in Newcastle. It takes the pain out of getting to and from Sydney and it gets you to jump the waiting list...

I would definitely reccomend this way as i did it and was very very happy with the results (440 HP at all four wheels). You would be surpised how many cars initially tuned at CRD end up in the hands of Dave at Silverwater Automotive.

Go see the boys at Ferry Rd. Sandgate, theyll helpy you out.

If you dont feel like going to sydney & probably paying bigger bucks, Check out Pulse Performance on Broadmeadow Rd. I've just got retune with them & very happy with the results, the Tuner there is Josh & he know's his shit with Power FC's. I highly recommend you give them a ring. 4962 4972

I can honestly say that pulse performance do a great job....and josh there certainly knows power fc.

I have been sooo burned by shops in newcastle before....eg.....yeah we can tune ya car then later that day getting calls saying ya car was spotted in sydney then finding out later it wasnt tuned down there...ah so nice of them to clock the kms up and add that bit extra onto the bill.

Pulse have been pretty straight up....no bullshit.

    • Oh, I forgot too, all the multimedia stuff captured and sold through things like people playing Pokemon Go. Pokemon Go specifically, can actually be traced all the way back to a CIA investment company too. So yep, they're watching everything. Not to mention the new stuff where they've worked out how to use WiFi signals to be able to map occupants inside of a building. That one would be something that I see being more used in public/government buildings, as you need to understand the signals when the room has no one in it first. It's not as easy as Hollywood would like you to think it is.
    • Followed ☺️ Assuming those are NEO rods, then at least 400kW all day.
    • Lets keep this going , Spotted this very stock V35 in Penrith and also saw a nice R32 FLY past me on Castlereagh rd , sounded really good.
    • Great work! Give it a clean up with some Emery paper, and I'd run a thread die over the threads too to clean them up. It will make reinstall much easier, and also life easier for the next time it needs to come out.
    • I'm not a fan of high humidity, it's one reason I don't mind being further inland out Ipswich, except the last 3 odd years, the drought broke, and it won't stop raining, which is making the humidity nearly unbearable when the rains are in during summer! For me, my body hates the cold, once the cold sets into my body, I'm totally screwed. I end up with severe muscle spasm in my back/shoulder muscles, and it feels like someone is trying to tear the muscles out. I have no issues with it getting stupid hot, so long as the humidity goes away. So the last 3 years as above, have been woeful! Ha ha. However, June 1st, and I'm only just converting from shorts and a tee, to long pants and a t shirt. And that's mainly as it's a bit wet and miserable and I wanted to work on a car.
