This will solve the problem,

I didnt get around ot buying this part as i solved the dripping issue as stated but it does give u a unwanted water spray at the same time lol

To solve your dripping problems....simply add a T-piece at a high point close to the bottle. The one i used had adjustable jets in the connectors ( from a fish tank kit ) Slightly open up the jet at the top of the T piece ( so the inline pressure won't drop) and run the water line into the top of your water spray bottle, this way you won't have any more drips emptying the bottle overnite.

Wher edid u ge tthe kits? its pretty straigh forward, post a pic of what ya got and ill try and help ya out.

Does any one know which wire to cut to stop the rear wiper coming on when it's hooked up to the rear washer? Or have you guys all just disconnected the rear wiper?

Just go into the boost and unclip the wring plug into the wiper. I didn ttake much notice and unpluged only one plug at the rear wiper. turns out it disabled the wiper wiping every time i sprayed but if i needed to i turn the nob forward and the wiper still wipes when i want it!!!

Hay guys, just a heads up. I am in the process, propably still 4 months away, in designing and manufacturing and kit for IC spray for R33. These will include a new washerbottle to replace the existing. It will have two seperate reservours, one for normal windscreen spray, and one for IC spray. It will come with pump, electronics, hoses, and all fittings. It will also include a spray bar or a nozzle spray arrangment, depending on what is ordered.

The kist should sell for about $250-$300, but still sometime away. I have to do a lot of testing in regards to spray patterns and final cooling temerature to come up with optimal cooling for minimal watter consumption, and being a mech engineer helps. LOL.

The kits will be available for stock and aftermarket coolers. Hardest part is comming up with instructions, beleve me, you forget how much detail is required.

The kits will be made available for an R33 to start with, and all the testing will be performed on my car and a dyno to archive optimal results. Once complete, i will be looking for some testers, say 5 or so, to test the prodcust, free of charge, and if happy, they can purchase the kit or return it as required.

After the R33 kit is finalised, the R32 and R43 will follow.

So keep an eye out.

We are looking at using the Jaycar kits already modified to suit. However there are some other kits available that will do a simmilar job.

We are looking at temperature and load controll, so as the load increases, in accordance to injector duty and airflow, the cooler will operate outomatically, also, if the inlet air temperature is too high, it will operate. There will be also a manual vertion for those who simply want on/off operation, but that is some time off yet.

what i did mate, is i had the stock fuel pump lying around, so i stuck it into the water resorviour for the window wipers, fit in perfectly. the used a hose off that and fitted some misters. the stock r33 pump works a treat. but the whole bottle is emptied in 1.33sec .

i did that because i didnt want to stick in another bottle:S and i can still use my window squirters :nyaanyaa:

just another way to avoid those drips,

I put a T-peice in the IC sprayer line (up high)and ran the extra side to a small sprayer at the top of the radiator. The top inch of the bottle may still drip. but it cools the radiator and IC

    • Yeh I think i'll message an old contact i had for ages that manages his own tyre shop now.. n tell him what i want n work with him before ordering..  Got this 17x9 +30 Driftteks on 245/45/17 PSR Drag Radials on the rear.. They fit well - for your reference in future - Rear guards  have been lipped in & minimal to non flaring of the rear Gaurds.
    • If only it were that easy! I also needed to remove seats, shocks, brake calipers, send my car through a fence, and use measuring and ended up guessing because I didn't remove seats, shocks and brake calipers. It can be hard sometimes Can be a little more complex than 'just measure' if you want to truly measure the entire wheel through all of it's suspension travel. But if you aren't going for every last mm then yeah, you can check the space you currently have and guesstimate.
    • If you own a car, and it has wheels on it, and you know the offset of those wheels, and you have a measuring device, you have everything you need to work out if other wheels will fit.
    • Will this fit? but they are staggered set - RAYS 57DR SEMI GLOSS BLACK 18x8.5 +37 | 18x9.5 +38 5-114.3 STAGGERED SET   or If no go could just get a set 4's wheels of 18x8.5 +37 5-114.3 - would i run 8.5's 235s up front n 245's at the back if I do?   Thanks.
    • Put a clamp on your return line. I have a feeling it's sucking air, and introducing bubbles to your fuel. With a lot of fuel, less problematic. I'd honestly be redoing all the lines in the tank and clamps on everything.   Also, you've given two different answers to the same question: Asked if being followed by the police you could get down to use the whole tank, you said yes you could, so long as you keep off boost. However, you then followed this up that free revving, it would also cause the issues. I'm doubting free revving is enough to make any noticeable boost on what is likely a decent sized turbo.   So now I have to ask, can you actually drive it lightly and use all the fuel, or does it break up even free revving? Also, have you put a fuel pressure gauge on it? Can you hear the pump change noise at all when you're having this issue?
