do u know any freight services to bring the car over and how does the whole compliance thing work in perth. How much will i be looking to pay for including the freight and compliance

Freight $1300 ish

Compliance should be done by the shop that was involved with the importation of the car so if it's not already done , be careful...

I know its a lil late, but...

I bought my 33 from Adelaide & freighted it over through TNT, cost about $600 inc travel insurance

should be about the same from melb

I would suggest paying to have the car checked over first if you haven't already done so and bought it. I was interested in getting one from NSW and got the NRMA to check it out. Cost a couple hundred bucks, but saved me from getting something that was not worth it. The tester said there was evidence of resprays from multiple repairs including the roof, and for the mods that were listed, the car was slow. Would get stopped on by a stock WRX was along the lines of what he said.

Otherwise, if you are serious about it, get a cheap flight over to check it out and drive it. Best way to see if its worth buying and freighting over.
