yeah she saw Beau's face and blood starting pissing out her eyes, i think its like some sort of defense mechanism???

Where were you though Gus? we were all wondering, did'nt you get a lift? lol jokes, Jayce told me to say it, its all Jayce's fault, Jayce Jayce Jayce!.....

But i think i speak for everyone here in saying that we love having you around, but having constant pressure to give the younguns a lift gets frustrating!

and attempting to eat dinner,or just generally be around what is usually a very smoky environment is not going me wonders...

Well you should love the new anti smoking laws that came into place on Monday. Smoking is now banned in all NSW pubs except for a single designated and confined room, no larger than half the size of the total premises.

So there will be no more smoking in the main part of Jerra pub anymore, I dare say they will confine all the smokers into the pokies room or outside.

So any chance of seeing you back out there? :)

HURRAH SUCK A PHAT SMOKERS :D

WOOOOOTTT!!!!! Thats good because i finally snapped last week and told no-one to smoke if they were going to sit next to me. I've had it and i hate having to be around it!

Anyway i wont be coming tonight, dont really feeling like making the tuesday appeasance much anymore, but we'll see in the coming weeks if i change my mind.

Ok well since that pic was probably a bit 'inappripriate' ive made a joint decision with me and myself to take it down.

But, what gets me is you know its an environment where people smoke, if you dont like it, dont place yourself in the above mentioned environment. Its like if I dont want to be surrounded by meatheads yelling football crap, I dont go and watch the football. Im not saying you dont have a right to be there or be concerned about your health, but is a smoking environment... what do you expect?

I didn't realise that rule was already in;I thought it wasn't due until January? Anyway,if that's the case,I WILL be at Jerra' pub more,as the whol smoking thing was NAILING me. May well be better for me now... :headbang: !

Im pretty sure I read on news.com.au it came into effect on either 1st July or Monday... cant remember which :)

Big difference! People yelling football crap isn't dangerous to your health, im not saying im a saint and the model of health, but spending a year working in smoke filled pubs just makes me feel sick everytime im around it, and i feel shit the next day.

My big problem lies in the fact that smokers are the ones that are endangering their own lives and to a lesser effect the lives of non-smokers yet the non smokers are made to feel guilty when they complain about it.

I have no problems with people who want to smoke, its thier choice, go for it! But i refuse to feel guilty now about telling them to keep it away from me when i have as much right to be there as them.

Please no-one take personal offence to this its just a voicing of oppinions and im willing to hear yours.....although mine is right! :Pimp2:

Ahaha can always rely on you for a quality reply  No offence taken, just differing opinions I guess... everyone has equal right to be there, wether they smoke or not, and I certainly agree its your right to ask people not to smoke around you. But, what I dont get is people complaining of smokey environments when they know good and well that people do smoke there. *shrugs* just voicing my opinion on it all.

Anyways, smokings been moved out of the main rooms of pubs, and I agree with it majoritly. I have no problems getting up and moving for 5 mins to have a smoke, especially when it ensures others there have equally as good time as myself.

I wont be there tonight, will be tomorrow for the origin though :D

And,as it turns out,we had a near full contingent, and we still sucked! 6th place... The new antismoking law agrees with me + E,too. I feel MUCH better this morning. Ready for State of Origin tonight!

    • Hi, SteveL Thank you very much for your reply, you seem to be the only person on the net who has come up with a definitive answer for which I am grateful. The "Leak" was more by way of wet bubbles when the pedal was depressed hard by a buddy while trying to gey a decent pedal when bleeding the system having fitted the rebuilt BM50 back in the car, which now makes perfect sense. A bit of a shame having just rebuilt my BM50, I did not touch the proportioning valve side of things, the BM50 was leaking from the primary piston seal and fluid was running down the the Brake booster hence the need to rebuild, I had never noticed any fluid leaking from that hole previously it only started when I refitted it to the car. The brake lines in the photo are "Kunifer" which is a Copper/Nickel alloy brake pipe, but are only the ones I use to bench bleed Master cylinders, they are perfectly legal to use on vehicles here in the UK, however the lines on the car are PVF coated steel. Thanks again for clearing this up for me, a purchase of a new BMC appears to be on the cards, I have been looking at various options in case my BM50 was not repairable and have looked at the HFM BM57 which I understand is manufactured in Australia.
    • Well the install is officially done. Filled with fluid and bled it today, but didn't get a chance to take it on a test drive. I'll throw some final pics of the lines and whatnot but you can definitely install a DMAX rack in an R33 with pretty minor mods. I think the only other thing I had to do that isn't documented here is grind a bit of the larger banjo fitting to get it to clear since the banjos are grouped much tighter on the DMAX rack. Also the dust boots from a R33 do not fit either fyi, so if you end up doing this install for whatever reason you'll need to grab those too. One caveat with buying the S15 dust boots however is that the clamps are too small to fit on the R33 inner tie rod since they're much thicker so keep the old clamps around. The boots also twist a bit when adjusting toe but it's not a big deal. No issues or leaks so far, steering feels good and it looks like there's a bit more lock now than I had before. Getting an alignment on Saturday so I'll see how it feels then but seems like it'll be good to go
    • I don't get in here much anymore but I can help you with this.   The hole is a vent (air relief) for the brake proportioning valve, which is built into the master cylinder.    The bad news is that if brake fluid is leaking from that hole then it's getting past the proportioning valve seals.   The really bad news is that no spare parts are available for the proportioning valve either from Nissan or after market.     It's a bit of a PITA getting the proportioning valve out of the master cylinder body anyway but, fortunately, leaks from that area are rare in my experience. BTW, if those are copper (as such) brake lines you should get rid of them.    Bundy (steel) tube is a far better choice (and legal  in Australia - if that's where you are).
