Since I have seen a lot of problem with buy part from online shop.

Just wanna know which one is better?

I'm worried if things like no reply after you pay the money, or refund problem.

So which one is better?

Someone who ordered parts from these shops on the list, let me know if they work well or not. I am planning to order something soon. Thx!

My opinion will probably seem biased, but oh well.

Be careful of ordering online, especially internationally. With Australian companies its not so bad, because the government has plenty of rules and regulations to filter out the baddies.

I personally recommend getting their ABN/ACN, and their fixed line number [eg. (07) 3333 6666]. Make sure you talk to them on that number. If they were to do a runner, you can report their ABN/ACN or fixed line number to the police, and it'd be easier for them to track the business down. If they can not track them down, with the information you provided them, they should be able to return your money by seizing their assets.

Ask the online business if you can go over and pick it up from them also. If they panic, its a bad sign. Most online business's run from a garage/home office (like mine) and they'd be more than happy for you to rock up. They just don't have a big sign saying their name, as their not openly open to the public or operate fulltime.

Just my bit of advice.

I hope it helps. ;)

I recently purchased a power fc from nengun.

They kept me up to date with my order and replied to my emails.

Many other people from this forum have purchased parts through nengun and are very happy with the prices and service

Just be carefull when importing into the country that customs dont overcharge you for any taxes or duties.

If you ask the supplier about this they should be able to tell you if the part is exempt or not.

;)

None of those are really shops, as they are just 3 guys with computers that take orders and then order those parts from the supplier in japan. None of them have parts in stock ready to ship out, so if they get screwed around by the supplier then so will you.

I have bought heapes of parts from nengun and greenline over the last few years, and they both have their good and bad points, but all the parts i ordered i recieved, sometimes late but you cant complain 2 much as they are at such good prices.

thanks for everyone's advice. The thing I worry about is if I can receive the product or not. I know it will take a long time, because of this and that kind of reasons. But as INASNT said the price are cheap. You can't complain 2 much. I gonna order something very soon. I will keep on post in here and let everyone know. THx again!!!

Nengun is good for me.

As for customs, if you get pulled up by them. Be creative.

If you order a pfc and they pull you up, u dont not pay duty on this. They can consider it as an automatic controlling apparatus or something. If you get a intercooler they will try to slap duty on it. What i did was claim it as a truck air charge cooler and only paid 5% duty compared to 15%. Also make sure u have an invoice of <$1000 so u dont pay the stupid $48 manual entry fee.

i just ordered avcr off nengun, they reckon 10 days from time that money clears. We'll just see, its been about 4. Brent replied to my emails pretty quick though and already given me the tracking number. let ya know

wont use any of them sites as no amount of $$ is worth the pain of not knowing when and if your parts are goin to arrive...but on the other hand my mate just got the same turbo as me from nengun 1300$ cheaper than what i payed...

Aya,

Nengun have been advertising on this site for a while now and I have had many dealings with Brent (the owner, who is also a member on this site). You cannot go wrong when ordering from him. He is the only guy I will ever buy from online.

    • I can see between the water jacket and cyl 3 there wasn't a hard line of combustion gas. It certainly appears that the issue is coming from there. Yes, checked the tension. All at 100ft lbs where I set them 5 years ago. These blocks can crack but generally when they have been over bored. Mine is only 0.5mm oversize at 89.5mm. They break between cylinders around the 91mm mark. No sign of that with mine. My gut feeling is the head gasket lifted a while back when the studs stretched and i bandaided it by retorquing the studs. It's finally let go.

    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
