***SOLD***

RB25DE VCT Cylinder Head - This is the non-turbo variant which has lumper cams than the DET version and was going to be used for an RB30 conversion. I've spent $300 (I have receipts) on it to have it disassembled, cleaned, warp/crack/pressure tested and combustion chambers cc'd to get it ready to be ported and polished etc. All parts are there (rockers and center piece, cams, cam gears and covers, everything needed to assemble the head) - $600

Also have the Crank Angle Sensor (CAS) and Bracket - $60

6 Coil Packs $220 or $40 each

Take the head, the CAS and all Coil Packs for $760 and I'll throw in the injectors and fuel rail listed in this post for an extra $10.

Located in Melbourne on the east side. Head isn't really postable to collection only.

Cheers,

Andrew

i've got a couple of people interested in the whole head, with everything i have that bolts onto it, so if that doesn't happen then i'll start selling off the bits. But i would say $15-$20, maybe.

bump... still for sale. Been offered $300 for the head, but seeing as i've just spent $300 on it getting it tested and cleaned and cc'd, i don't think going to the trouble to get it all done to then give the head away for free is very fair! It's perfect for someone who wants to port/polish an RB25 head in preparation for some good power or ideal for an RB25/30 conversion.

I thought $760 is pretty good for an RB25 head. You'd be silly not to have any head you buy cleaned and checked out for problems as you'd be asking for trouble not knowing what condition it's in. I've got the receipt with the work done on it. You are effectively getting a head for $460 and not having to worry about getting a dodgy head with problems you'll be paying for later on! Surely someone is looking for a quality head as a good base for a robust engine?!

Cheers,

Andrew
