yeah ive been trying to get it from blocky but its always out

oooo couldnt find the one u had shan but i just ordered this... http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?category=...roducts_id=202& should be here next week.

ok...

if u wanna runs PS2MAME and run all 2000+games that are available u need a gamlist.txt file... im writing one up now which should allow you to run most of the games.

unless someone has one already... saves me making one

The good people at AusDigital have released an all-in-one GUI based Exploit disc compiler to make life VERY easy for everyone. details at http://www.ausdigital.net/

Enjoy !

P.S. Just tested the compiler, it works 100%. Took about 90 seconds to get a full .ISO image ready to burn, & it installed no probs. Too easy.

heres a list of games that havent worked for me so far that arent on that other list.

-WRC 4

-V8 Supercars 2

-MC3 Dub

all copied from the PS2 to the HDD using original disks.

have sent them through but they havent been updated to the list.

omg thats awesome!

so does this mean i dont need a memory card editor to do it?

damn... wish u posted this last week before i ordered one :)

With the PS2 slim, does the USB drive have to be powered? what if I use a notebook HDD?

I have a notebook HDD in a USB box, it powers from the USB port on the PS2. Use a short cable or you may encounter probs (didn't like the USB ext. cable).

Hi, Alex from AusDigital here. If you are unsure where to start, or what to have (You need a method of booting..) Then visit my newbie page here and fill out the form at the bottom.

http://ausdigital.net/?go=start

It should point you in the right direction at least!

cool

yeah i went though all that last night and realised i will have to wait for the memory card editor to come cause i dont have a mod to bott the CD i made... duh on my part

very cool site btw

munkeh - i was just dumping them from the PS2 directly, not through my PC.

oh yeah munkeh i will have to redo everything too (will use the CD created using ausdigitals compiler) cause now when i boot it doesnt load the keylauncher anymore... goes str8 to HDLoader

Hi CK,

SoulCalibur 2 - Only works with ToxicOS HDL/HDA, a hack version.

GT3 - should work OK.

GT4 - needs to be patched & PC installed (HDLdumb, Winhiip etc) a somewhat involved process.

GT3 doesn't work with HDAdvanced 2.1 :(

What's the hack version?

    • I am yet to see anyone ever regret a quaife or helical. ...other than drifting/skidpan duties. I kind of want to upgrade my factory helical with a Quaife (but really it's not ultimately that different, and is a MASSIVE UNDERTAKING), that's how good the hype is about them, that I want to try them 'just to see'
    • D2 and Ksport are essentially the same thing and basically just generic Taiwanese manufacture. Better than ChinaBay crap, but... not top shelf. Öhlins have got to be some of the best dampers around, so likely to be a good option. It's going to get to the point though where I suggest you buy from Oz. We have at least 2x excellent options here. If I were you though, I'd be talking to KW about doing something for the R33. There's bugger all difference between that and the 32. In GTR land, anyway.
    • KW only offers a set for the R32 GTR. Popular options are D2 racing, Ksport or Öhlins. I have a D2 Racing coilover set, though I don't know for sure which one.
    • Well, the good news is you have more than one very good option for new coilovers in and around your country. Worth the drive over to KW to talk about GTR stuff.
    • Fair enough, I am in no way a tire expert so I'm not familiar with all the terms and conditions. I'll definitely note down the AD09 to potentially try in the future. Rain is not too big of a concern for now as I will probably only drive in the rain when I have to. And considering I still lack experience driving the GTR I'd more than likely take it easy too. I have coilovers in the car but as I barely got to drive so far I never bothered to even check if they are adjustable haha. The suspension is almost entirely old and worn as well so I suppose when I eventually fix that in the future that would make a huge difference.
