Vibration Noise at Low RPM

On a recent trip from Sydney to Melbourne, I noticed a strange vibration sound coming from the engine bay in my car (R33 GTST). I only heard the sound when I was cruising at low RPM, slightly using the throttle in 5th gear and it dissapeared if I gave the throttle a squirt or if I down shifted into 4th gear. I do drive on freeways every now and then, but have only heard the same vibration sound two times before, whereas it's been fine otherwise. Being mechanically naive, I'm not sure what the problem could be...can anyone help me out???

Hi mate just been searching and found this. But I have it in most gears, especially 3rd 4tha nad 5th at low rpm and you hit the throttle. Did you solve your problem.

i have a GT-R32, and my exhaust vibrates at about the 2500RPM mark. it does it in any gear, and even in nutral, i have a kakamoto from the turbos back... nice note too
