the truth is cops are just useless when it comes to doing anything about theft. if you think im just being harsh you obviously havnt had anything stolen and tried to get the cops to do anything about it.

the most they will do is file a report that would take them 5min just for insurance purposes, ask em to do any more and its too much effort. no wonder theres so much bullshit crime going around. If I didnt have a concience I would just make a living off stealing shit, because no1 would even make an effort to find you, and even if it did catch up, what you going to get, a slap on the wrist? oh dear

I agree, you'd have to be incredibly ****ing stupid to get caught these days.. on the goldcoast, that's not too difficult as the average crim is pretty damn thick, but it's rubbish..

cops get more money for funding $50,000+ police cars and defecting people rather than actually what I would call "policing", and that is chasing after people committing assault, theft, etc.

Nobody has any respect for the police anymore. I could go on about how effectively the police handled the traffic out at Carrara the other night as an example, but it's pointless.. they're just worthless ill-managed monkeys..

rodney i asked your missus last night on tha phone to get you to send me pics and to give me a buzz

any way picspicspicspicspicspics

remember to take them at day time lol

if you find out who did it rod dont worry about schooling them key them with a scalple ****ing wankers

so sorry to hear about that man....whoever did it should go get back into their pos car and drive off the nearest cliff, coz anyone who had a decent car or worked hard for something would actually realise the value of a decent car. Wat an absolute F*CKWIT!! I hope it wasnt to bad and you get your car fixed with minimul cost.

Keep ur head up, matt

rod you were wanting a new paint job anyway this is the key to the mrs saying sure rodney a new paint job is required then she might say you may aswell do the rest of the car and also do Aarons while your at it:)

Thats messed up Rod... I'm sorry to hear it... :P

RE Police vs Respect...

I lost all respect for the police a long time ago, due to a number of incidents which I won't detail here... But, it hasn't stoped me from turning to them when I need them again...

The sad thing is, every time I do turn to them for help, my feelings of no respect are reinforced due to their uncanny ability to be f**king useless...

mine just got keyed again. yay. well atleast it lasted 4 months since the new paint job. that's 4 times in 2.5 years of working at a school. I aint a teacher, so its not like the kids have anything against me. they just do it cause they can. I managed to protect it for a while cause i parked it where the seniors smoke on breaks/before/after school, but with the new year, those seniors have left and the new ones must have a new spot...i'll have to find where that is....

BTW i am not talking about my skyline, this is my daily driver, and the reason i have to keep the daily driver cause working in a skewl sux.

My mate in an EvoS (yeah yeah i know, ricer...but it's beside the point) had his car keyed with "f**k" and "cvnt" written in the side of it, plus the cliche key up both sides of the car. He did not do ANYTHING to deserve it.

I think keying is just the norm now, i am yet to work out why, but it seems pretty common to just key a car cause you can. no real reason.

a$$holes

ONe just as bad as keying cars is those stupid f**k whits that open their car doors against your car. I've watched a girl getting into the passanger seat of an 180sx open her door against mine and when I walked upto my car to get in she looked at me asif I was mad cause I asked her to get her door off of mine and checked for scratches or a dent after.

I have now got about 4 dents in my doors or fendrs from these sort of dumb c*nts.

I managed to keep my car pretty much dint-free for ages, then in under a week some idiot kicked (I assume) the driver's door while I was parked at the doctor's, then on the weekend my dad accidentally swung a generator into the front guard. Then my brother wasn't watching what he was doing and ran over a broom, which flicked it up and put a couple of small dints right near where my dad hit it.

Then to top it all off, a couple of months after that, I came back to my car one day and some snooty farkin bitch had her shopping sitting on my bonnet while she loaded it into her boot!!!!! When I questioned her she said "well I'm not putting it on mine". Like hell you're not bitch. I picked up all of her shopping and put it on her bonnet, and she went off at me. So the last bag containing a few cans wasn't placed very carefully.

I just don't understand some people.

you've got to be ****ing kidding, thats unbelievable...

nothing shits me more than when you go out of your way to park at least 500m from the nearest entrance, away from any other cars, and when you come back to your car its nearly guaranteed that some asshole will be parked right beside you instead of using one of the other 500 empty carparks...

it's sad that we live in a country full of disrespectful ****ing idiots

I once double parked next to a garden far far away from anything and anyone, returned to find a 4x4 parked in the garden and maybe 5 cms away from my car. he would have had to climb out of the passenger side to get out of the car.

Left him a friendly note :(

bloody bogans, there is just no respect for anything these days

    • I thought that might be the case, thats what I'll start saving for. Thanks for the info
    • Ps i found the below forum and it seems to be the same scenario Im dealing with. Going to check my ECU coolant temp wire tomorrow    From NICOclub forum: s1 RB25det flooding at start up Thu Apr 11, 2013 7:23 am I am completely lost on this. Car ran perfectly fine when I parked it at the end of the year. I took the engine out and painted the engine bay, and put a fuel cell with an inline walbro 255 instead of the in tank unit I had last year. After reinstalling everything, the engine floods when the fuel pump primes. if i pull the fuel pump fuse it'll start, and as soon as I put the fuse back in it starts running ridiculously rich. I checked the tps voltage, and its fine. Cleaned the maf as it had some dust from sitting on a shelf all winter, fuel pressure is correct while running, but wont fire until there is less than 5psi in the lines. The fuel lines are run correctly. I have found a few threads with the same problem but no actual explanation of what fixed it, the threads just ended. Any help would be appreciated. I found the problem though. There was a break in one of the ecu coolant temp sensor wires. Once it was repaired it fired right up with no problems. I would have never thought a non working coolant temp sensor would have caused such an issue.
    • Hi sorry late reply I didnt get a chance to take any pics (my mechanics on the other side of the city) but the plugs were fouled from being too rich. I noticed the MAF wasn't genuine, so I replaced it with a genuine green label unit. I also swapped in a different ignitor, but the issue remains. I've narrowed it down a bit now: - If I unplug and reconnect the fuel lines and install fresh spark plugs, the car starts right up and runs perfectly. Took it around the block with no issues - As soon as I shut it off and try to restart, it won't start again - Fuel pressure while cranking is steady around 40 psi, injectors have good spray, return line is clear, and the FPR vacuum is working. It just seems like it's getting flooded after the first start I unplugged coolant sensors to see if its related to ECU flooding but that didnt make a difference. Im thinking its related to this because this issue only started happening after fixing coolant leaks and replacing the bottom part of the stock manifolds coolant pipe. My mechanic took off the inlet to get to get to do these repairs. My mechanics actually just an old mate who's retired now so ill be taking it to a different mechanic who i know has exp with RBs to see if they find anything. If you have any ideas please send em lll give it a try. Ive tried other things like swapping the injectors, fuel rail, different fuel pressure regs, different ignitor, spark plugs, comp test and MAF but the same issue persists.
    • My return flow is custom and puts the return behind the reo, instead of at the bottom. All my core is in the air flow, rather than losing some of it up behind the reo. I realise that the core really acts more as a spiky heatsink than as a constant rate heat exchanger, and that therefore size is important.... but mine fits everything I needed and wanted without having to cut anything, and that's worth something too. And there won't be a hot patch of core up behind the reo after every hit, releasing heat back into the intake air.
    • There is a really fun solution to this problem, buy a Haltech (or ECU of your choice) and put the MAF in the bin.  I'm assuming your going to want more power in future, so you'll need to get the ECU at some stage. I'd put the new MAF money towards the new ECU.
