O shit aye whoops how did i forget about the humble R34 :)

hehehe

Hmm yes that is tru, the sr is not too far off but is it :)

hehehehe

Look i reckon when it comes down to it, its really up to you,

the cefiro is much cheaper than the chaser and is a nissan and it is a combination of the s13 and r32's the only hassle with them is they never came out in amnaul in the turbo model and they ahve a foot emergancy brake and sincle spot brakes with 4 stud wheel

but yes they can look very fat. and you can fit your nissan engine of choice rb20,25,26 or sr 20

Megs there is a shit load of cefiro's here n taiwan. I seen a few pimped out to the max and they look damn good!

Meggala,

The pic shows it's 5 stud wheel? And the owner's been no good with that car, the rear bar seems to have been smashed prob when drifting...

My parent indeed almost bought one back home, but since Nissan's used car value is very poor there, they didn't buy it. But I wouldn't care as Indonesian version of Cefiro are ALL non turbo. (Back then there was still restriction on luxury and/or any cars larger than 3.0 litre engine due to the old regim govt's crap abt creating social gaps between the poors n riches)

well well this topic allways starts hehe =)

as for me personally iam imporinting a 180sx 97 with updated interior i mist admit that the skylines have nice interior. better than the 180sx very early models.

i love skylines woundnt mind one my self. but honestly there are too many around. i live in melbourne. I just see heapz of them around because they are getting cheaper and cheper, and also the rush with the new law comming in thats why iam getting a 180sx. somthing a lil differenet.

as for skylines. great good engines but i feel they are too big.

as for 200sx. i think there ok abit heavier than the 180sx iam preety sure and i dont like there handling capabilites.

i think the 180sx have better handling than the 200sx.

but in the end it all comes down to personal preference.

me iam now a 180sx man. basically beucase i didnt wanna be another typical skyline on the block.

I agree with you in regards to interior.

One of the reasons why I bought skyline is I liked the interior better than FTO (almost bought that one). FTO may have sexier body, but I HATED the interior as it squeezed on me, I sat with the car dealer on test drive and we are rubbing shoulders!!!!!!

And I'm not even 6' high!!

R33's interior is more livable, as it's more spacious and looks a bit more modern than R32 or early 180sx. But again, it depends on indiv's preference... I like interior styling circa mid 90s or later, anything older than that, I felt pretty drab.

Two dolla suckie suckie..... :bahaha: :bahaha:

Love you long long time :bahaha: :bahaha: :shake:

p.s. - bring back one for me too - one that can cook and polish cars well  :D

cook and polish a car? what if she just sucks great di*ck?

i am one of the lucky people to have experienced owning both great cars, current ride is a s15, previous ride r33 GTST

in my view, the s15 beats the r33 mod for mod mainly due to the new technology being installed in the 2002 model i drive

it has r34 suspension aspects and the light weight makes it hammer through corners alot better

the power comes on alot faster and the car is stock, the r33 had power come on alot higher but kept going in the powerband, the s15 comes on fast and in higher revs loses out

i havent modded the s15 but feel it to be faster then my skyline, hell, my s15 can beat a 8psi s14 with a 3in full exhaust and i am still stock

it does come down to driver, the way the engine has been treated would also affect in some way i believe

i sold my skyline and the guy blew the engine up and also found a crack in the diff. lucky for me!!

:)

so i choose s15, still love skylines however, even though there are like 500000000 of them out there

s15 looks alot better anyways, cant wait to start modifying it

Have to agree with u! Ran two S15's (Spec R) last week, lightly modded. First gear pretty much even and 2nd pulled away quite easily. Having that said my car is boosted n thinking back if my car were stock he would of had me on the straight and bends.

    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
    • Yeah mate, never miss it.
    • Any going to watch World Time Attack at SMSP this year?
    • Appreciate the correction on the "ground", that will make a huge difference to looking at this. That makes complete sense about AF70/AF71 which is what I had come down to being the issue, one of these. I'll have another look in the ignition wiring when I get a chance next week. I'll also make up a jumper wire for running that AF73 test.  ECU is fine, relay itself is fine, pump harness is fine and the pump itself is fine. I am going to upgrade the Walbro 255 anyway with a DW300 I have since I need to replace the fuel sender and I'm going to upgrade the FPR with my chasebays kit ready for new plenum/injectors/dbw, but I'll get this working first. That's why this is so frustrating.
