Hey all,

I am new to this forum and I live in Tassie

I have a question

I own a r32 gtr v-spec with n1 factory turbo's

I am considering buying a manifold set up for it and want to know the advantages of fitting these

I can get some nice stainless ones which will bolt up to stock mounts and turbo's

I am mainly wanting to use my car as a club day car and want to run 8psi on track max

with manifolds are twin 3" dump's into single 4" system

What will be the advantages?

Will it make my currently sweet sounding car sound shat?

Cheers!

I think for what you are trying to achive it is a waste of money. If you were running some crazy split pulse turbo, then you set up your manifold to suit to blah blah blah then yeah, worth the money.

But if your only going to run 8psi, and worry about it changing the sound of the existing exaust, I dont think its worth it.

They look the same as we have on our car, doing the manifolds and dump pipes was one of the first mods we did.the power on the dyno went in a perfect diagonal line up.

also the seller said he will not ship internationally down the bottom of the page.

if you can get them cheap get them.

    • I used to have Walbro 255's when they were a pretty common update. (or were they 044? 040?) In any case I had a dirty tank. I thought the tank was good, but I would find the filter would clog in maybe ~50km of driving. If the issue persists, well, your fuel system or tank has crap in it that the pump is sucking up.
    • Hi. Ok thanks for the info. I/we do not know what tune is on that Nistune ECU so it is why there is stock ECU and that Nistune is for later when the car is done. I have guy who tunes Nistune and other ECU so i will then take it to him to see and properly tune for the car   And for the update. On 99,9% it is bad fuel pump. Which is wierd cuz it is like 2 years old(brand new walbro 255) and that filter (also brand new) was dirty.  I was alwaya pumped premium(100) on very good petrol station so i dont know how is that possible...
    • Dear folks My family members have 4 different cars : Triton 2015 and Corolla 2011 and Mazda3 2012 and Hyundai Elantra 2014 Looking to buy engine oil funnel spill free What I found are are below  https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0BBTTJNKX?ref=ppx_pt2_mob_b_prod_image&th=1 https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/145553221359?srsltid=AfmBOoqYBU6Ptw0LU_bAp_k67U3qkF97HHvePkA7iHZw8vUmiwoIRaRr https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09X23TCS5?th=1 Is there a funnel with attachment that fits most cars ? Don't mind to spend for a decent quality  Thx
    • Stock ECU (or more accurately stock tune) absolutely refuses to go over 10psi and behaves like you have seen. The Nistune is the same if it is the stock tune. If the Nistune chip has been tuned, the resulting tune could be literally anything for any combination of parts. The Nistune just makes the stock ECU Tunable.
    • So stock ECU does not like anything above 10 psi?  That Nistune one is just for "try" if it will be any different, I know it need to be tune for that. I know but YOU may know about these problem but i/we dont. They few little Skylines here let alone people who know anything about tham so that is why iam asking here
